This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and Rast Mobile Bilgi Teknolojileri Yazılım Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi, operating under the brand name Codigma.io. Rast Mobile is a legally registered private company in Turkey.

Codigma.io, operated by Rast Mobile Bilgi Teknolojileri Yazılım Hizmetleri Ticaret Ltd. Şti allows users to convert Figma designs into HTML/CSS, React, Vue, Flutter, and React Native code. You may only use the Service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the Service or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform.
You must create an account to access credit-based features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and must provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
Certain actions on Codigma.io (such as code export) require credits. Credits are sold via third-party payment processors (e.g., Paddle) and are non-refundable unless required by law. Misuse of credits or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or termination.
All AI-generated code belongs to the user after export. However, Codigma retains all rights to its transformation algorithms, AI models, and core software. You may use the exported code in both personal and commercial projects.
Codigma is an AI-assisted tool and may not always produce perfect or production-ready results. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or bug-free output.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after such updates will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
